Well. A new month at the Gym, and I have decided to make some changes to my gym routine. I am also intending on taking some measurements so that I can monitor whether the hard work is actually working.

The 1 thing I have learned this month… Big boobs do not go well with exercise! So, I’m off to buy a sports bra!
